Chef Geno is executive chef for the Live division of Levity Entertainment Group. He currently oversees culinary creation and operations for the entertainment brand’s Improv and Levity Live comedy clubs, ghost kitchens and future restaurant concepts.
A graduate of California School of Culinary Arts, Geno worked his way up to head chef of the posh L’Ermitage Hotel in Beverly Hills. He then relocated to Las Vegas for a dream job, as Chef de Cuisine at Andrea’s in the Forbes Five Star Wynn Resort. A SoCal native, Geno returned to Los Angeles where he was tapped to run the swanky Japanese flagship, Katsuya Brentwood, cooking for celebrities and the general public alike.
With increasing demand for fantastic food to be served via delivery platforms, Chef Geno is busy developing and perfecting menus for Poultrygram and Resident Taco, among others. He is bringing the expertise and taste of a world-class chef to the homes of hungry Californians, who are sure to appreciate the unusually high quality of his creations.
