A large Victorian-Style Farmhouse, the Ultimate Vineyards is nestled amidst the rolling hills of the beautiful Temecula Valley. Established among the first vineyards planted in the region in 1968, Ultimate Vineyards is known in the Temecula Valley as one of the most inviting and warm Wine Country atmospheres.

Guests are welcome to savor our award-winning fine wines while exploring our fantastic selection of gift merchandise. Friends and family can indulge in our Famous Baked Brie in Sourdough Bread, perfectly paired with a bottle of our wine, all in our beautiful setting. Ultimate Vineyards truly provides an atmosphere for a delightful wine experience.

The winery was originally founded by Budd and Maurice Van Roekel in 1986 and is among the first dozen wineries established in Temecula.

We currently have over 70 acres of vines planted on this beautiful property located in the heart of Temecula Valley wine country. The Vineyard contains some of the valleys oldest vines originally planted in 1968. We produce over 27 types of wine; 8 whites, 6 sparkling, 12 reds, and our 2020 merlot was awarded 92 points and the Editors Choice by Wine Enthusiast.
